The Waterfront Village has five swimming pools for guests to enjoy. The fifth swimming pool is a lap pool located on the roof of the Quaterdeck gym, with spectacular views of the marina yacht basin. This is the largest pool and is heated. Please note that a fee is applicable for the use of this swimming pool.
The Quarterdeck gym is centrally located in our Waterfront Village. The gym is open from 07h00 to 20h00 seven days a week including public holidays. A gym fee is payable at the Quaterdeck office, which will allow guests access to the gym as well as the heated lap pool above the gym.
The reception area is furnished with couches and equipped with a computer where guests can make use of wireless internet and business services.
Guests are offered the facility of underground parking at The Waterfront Village and all apartments have at least one parking bay allocated to them.
Our state of the art security system is a major feature of the Waterfront Village.
The Waterfront Village is one of the most secure places to stay at, with full perimeter security and CCTV, access control at two main security entrances and video monitoring of entrances from your own apartment. Every apartment is fitted with an electronic safe for private use and the canal is also monitored by security in a rubber duck boat.

The apartments are entirely self-catering and each one has a fully equipped modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances including a microwave and refrigerator.
A memorable and delicious breakfast is offered at The Maze Restaurant at the One & Only, for guests staying at the Waterfront Village. Vouchers for breakfast are issued from the Village & Life reception and redeemed in the mornings, between 6:30am and 11:00 at The Maze, located a short walk away, on the marina.

By Air: Airport transfers can be arranged with the hotel's reservations department upon confirmation of your accommodation. Transfers cost range from ZAR 395 for one to two persons, and from ZAR 450 for 3 people onwards.
By Car: The Waterfront Village is located in the V&A Waterfront, approximately 25km from Cape Town International Airport.
-Exit Airport Direction N2 Cape Town, and as you approach the city, follow the N2 CITY, FORESHORE, SEA POINT signage
-Follow N2 Stad/City signs until you arrive at a large intersection with several sets of traffic lights (Coen Steytler Avenue) The CTICC is on left hand side (+- 22 kms) and the V&A Waterfront on your right hand side.
-Turn Right towards the Waterfront. At the traffic circle (+- 150m), take the second exit into West Quay road, direction Cape Grace The Second office block on your left hand side is Mind Pearl House.
-Village and Life’s Waterfront Village reception is situated in office 4 on the ground floor.
